A Lake & Stone Driver plays a crucial role in ensuring travelers have a safe, enjoyable, and informative experience.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Driving & Safety: Operate shuttle buses safely, following all traffic laws and company policies.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent service, assisting passengers with inquiries, belongings, and special needs.
  • Tour Guidance: Share relevant information about destinations, landmarks, and local culture.
  • Route Planning: Follow designated routes while adapting to road conditions and unforeseen circumstances.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections, ensuring cleanliness and functionality.
  • Emergency Handling: Respond calmly and effectively to unexpected situations.
Requirements
  • Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a passenger endorsement (encouraged, but not required)
  • Clean driving record with no major violations.
  • 21+ years
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of local and regional routes.
  • Knowledge of Navajo culture.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Physically fit to assist passengers and handle belongings.

A Lake & Stone Guest Services Associate helps individuals and groups plan seamless guided and non-guided tour adventures by offering expert advice, booking accommodations, and ensuring a hassle-free travel experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Trip Planning: Assist clients in selecting destinations, transportation, and activities.
  • Booking Services: Arrange tours, transportation, rental items and insurance.
  • Budget Management: Help clients find cost-effective adventure options while staying within their budget.
  • Travel Documentation: Provide guidance on specific tour operator cancellation policies, tour durations, check in and waiver requirements and other specific policies
  • Customer Support: Address travel-related concerns, cancellations, and unexpected issues.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on travel trends, promotions, and industry regulations.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of travel booking systems and local destinations and culture.
  • Excellent communication, customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Enthusiasm and passion for the tourism industry and travelers who contribute to the positive impact of tourism in the Page area.
  • Ability to multitask and handle last-minute changes.
  • Knowledge of Navajo culture
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Experience in sales or hospitality.
  • 18+ years old
