Travel Documentation: Provide guidance on specific tour operator cancellation policies, tour
durations, check in and waiver requirements and other specific policies

Customer Support: Address travel-related concerns, cancellations, and unexpected issues.

Market Research: Stay updated on travel trends, promotions, and industry regulations.

Strong knowledge of travel booking systems and local destinations and culture.
